Dear Community Partner,
On November 18, 2017, St. Louis de Montfort School will host its 20th Annual Benefit Dinner and Auction. Our fundraising efforts are critical to supporting the strength and success of our school. We depend on the generosity of the surrounding community to help provide the best opportunities for our children. Like most private schools, the tuition received from parents at SLDM does not cover all of the school’s expenses. To that end, we seek to raise the extra funds we need through our Annual Benefit Dinner. Proceeds from our Benefit Dinner auction are allocated toward items such as the computer lab, playground equipment, sports and fine arts programs, financial assistance, and Ag in the classroom.
With this letter we invite you to support your local school that has been a part of this community for over 50 years. We hope that you consider donating an item to sell at the auction or to become an event sponsor. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Additionally, contributing businesses will be promoted to over 400 family and friends who live in the area and support local commerce.
Only with your help can we continue to provide the level of support our students need and deserve. On behalf of the students of St. Louis de Montfort School, we truly thank you for your consideration. Your donation benefits every student at SLDM and strengthens all aspects of school life.
